Experienced Software Developer
Full Stack Software Engineer, Mission Solutions
Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
At Intelliforce, we build solutions that directly support mission outcomes in fast-moving, high-consequence environments. In this role, you will provide direct support to the RECON team within CNO, working side by side with mission partners to design and deliver capabilities that matter now. This is a strong fit for an engineer who thrives in full-stack development, rapid integration, and close collaboration with users who need practical solutions quickly.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role puts you close to the mission, the customer, and the work. You will integrate across product teams, systems, and technology stacks to deliver mission-critical capabilities, often in environments where priorities shift quickly and speed matters. You will gather requirements directly from users, translate mission needs into software improvements, and drive feature development from concept through deployment. The work is hands-on, visible, and tied to real operational outcomes.
At Intelliforce, your work is seen and your input carries weight. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed.
