Full Stack Software Engineer, Mission Solutions

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Could Include

Integrate with multiple product teams, systems, and technology stacks to deliver mission-critical solutions
Gather requirements directly from users and stakeholders and translate mission needs into practical software improvements
Design and implement intuitive user interfaces and workflows that support fast-paced operations
Independently drive feature development from concept through deployment, owning the full development lifecycle
Collaborate closely with customers and teammates, adapting quickly as priorities evolve

Minimum Qualifications

Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, must be active. We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required. Four additional years of relevant software engineering experience may be substituted for the degree
Eight or more years of software engineering experience delivering solutions in complex, mission-focused environments

Required Skills

Demonstrated flexibility across the full technology stack, including UI and UX, middleware or APIs, backend services, and DevOps
Experience developing with at least one modern UI framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
Experience writing scripts and services in Python
RESTful web application development experience using both Spring Boot and Python-based frameworks
Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres or SQLite
Experience working with GitLab CI/CD pipelines

Desired Skills

Prior experience supporting CNO missions
Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in customer-facing environments

Compensation Range: $142,000.00 - $182,000.00
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
