Senior Software Developer
Full Stack Mercenary
Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
At Intelliforce, we build tools that close real operational gaps, not tools that sit on a shelf and collect dust. In this role, you will join the CNMF DAT team to design and deliver custom applications that improve data visualization, workflow automation, and mission awareness for critical activities. You will work directly in customer spaces, take on hard problems, and build software that helps mission teams move faster and work smarter.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role is for an engineer who likes ownership, variety, and direct customer impact. You will move across analytics, data integration, UI development, and rapid solution delivery, often working with users in real time to figure out what they need and then building it fast. One day might involve scripting analytics to answer an urgent question. Another might mean pulling data out of stubborn silos, building a clean interface, or iterating with users on a workflow they need immediately. The work is dynamic, hands-on, and tied to real mission outcomes.
At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your input matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another full stack role. It is a chance to build tools people will use right away in places where good engineering makes a difference.
Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Could Include
• Write scripts and analytics that turn unclear questions into usable answers
• Query, aggregate, and manipulate data from disparate corporate data sources
• Build modern user interfaces and visualizations that improve customer workflows
• Meet directly with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate quickly
• Design and deliver custom applications that support mission-critical activities
• Collaborate with other DAT teams to share expertise and improve tooling across the mission space

• Proficiency in querying and manipulating data from enterprise databases and repositories
• Strong experience developing and working on Linux-based platforms
• Familiarity with Git for day-to-day development workflows
• Strong desire to work directly on-site in customer spaces, collaborate closely with users, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments
Desired Skills
• Experience with AI-assisted software development or engineering workflows
• Proficiency with agentic AI harnesses and frameworks
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
• Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations
