Intelliforce is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to support a mission-critical Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) system. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and enhancement of capabilities that enable secure, scalable access across complex government systems. You'll help ensure that the system supports Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), Digital Policy Management (DPM), and directory services integration—providing the backbone of secure identity access for enterprise users.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the charge in shaping the architecture and functionality of an ICAM system relied upon by national security stakeholders.

Here’s what your day-to-day might include:

  • Collaborating with external customers to gather, refine, and document technical requirements
  • Decomposing requirements into actionable software tasks for development and test teams
  • Analyzing and mapping data flows to and from the ICAM directory system
  • Providing technical input on system architecture, design trade-offs, and integration points
  • Leading or contributing to software tasking related to ABAC, DPM, and LDAP directory replication
  • Authoring and reviewing both internal and customer-facing technical documentation
  • Supporting directory population with authoritative user data and offering multiple integration options for external systems

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • 10+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer on programs of similar scope and complexity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field from an accredited institution
    • (Additional 5 years of relevant SE experience may be substituted for the degree, totaling 15 years)

Desired:
  • Deep understanding of LDAP protocols, directories, and replication tools (e.g., Apache Directory Studio)
  • Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and authentication frameworks
  • Knowledge of ABAC concepts and Digital Policy Management (DPM) frameworks like XACML
  • Experience with SQL databases and data modeling
  • Proficiency with requirements analysis and decomposition
  • Experience using ticketing/tracking tools such as JIRA or Redmine
  • Exposure to SIGINT or Information Assurance (IA) mission environments
  • Ability to analyze and document complex systems and software interdependencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Compensation Range: $169,000.00 - $223,000.00
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
