About this Role
As a Senior ICAM Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the AdmitIT implementation and advancing Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities. This position involves hands-on technical work, system design, and collaboration with diverse teams to implement secure and efficient solutions. You’ll leverage your technical expertise to define requirements, design architectures, and provide vital support for troubleshooting and cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ICAM capability teams to define requirements, develop architecture, and create design documentation.
  • Perform technology assessments and support risk mitigation activities.
  • Provide hands-on support for managing system configurations, installation troubleshooting, and cloud technologies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive ICAM AdmitIT documentation, including release notes, user guides, SOPs, and frameworks, ensuring compliance with AdmitIT mandates.
  • Assist with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD accreditation packages and documentation.
  • Research and analyze cloud security environments to identify capability gaps and recommend enhancements for ICAM services.
  • Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of Kubernetes-based platforms, outlining hardware and software requirements.
  • Collaborate with software developers to track and define requirements, assist with sprint planning, design input, and testing support.

Key Technologies and Skills

  • Required Skills:

    • Expertise in JAVA, Kubernetes, SpringBoot, Docker, AWS, ElasticSearch, GitLab CI/CD
    • Proficiency in microservices architecture, REST, and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
    • Strong understanding of JSON, XML, Linux, Node.js, and PKI/TLS/SSL certificates
    • Experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation, frameworks, and plans
    • Hands-on experience with cloud security, risk management, and DoD accreditation processes

  • Desired Skills:

    • Familiarity with ICAM frameworks, AdmitIT mandates, and DoD standards/policies
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying gaps and recommending enhancements
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering, technical support, or a related field
    • Proven experience with ICAM implementations and cloud-based solutions
  • Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph 
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Compensation Range: $169,000.00 - $223,000.00 *
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
