Senior Software Engineer
Software Engineer, Operational Data Flows
Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
At Intelliforce, we build software that helps mission data move securely, reliably, and at the speed operations demand. In this role, you will create, sustain, and troubleshoot complex operational data flows that support storage, transport, management, security, compliance, and knowledge store management. You will also work directly with mission customers to explore raw data, clean and enrich it, transform it into usable formats, and improve how operational data moves across the environment. This is a strong fit for an engineer who likes solving hard data problems and building capabilities that keep mission systems running smoothly.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role gives you the chance to work where data engineering and mission operations meet. You will help shape the reliability, distribution, and performance of operational data flows while partnering directly with mission customers to turn raw data into mission-ready outputs. The work is practical, visible, and closely tied to how teams access and use critical information every day.
At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your contributions carry weight. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another software role. It is a chance to improve the flow, quality, and reliability of data that mission teams depend on.
