Java Developer
Software Engineer — Java / Spring (Data Dictionary Platform)
Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
At Intelliforce, we build mission-ready technology that helps the intelligence community move with speed, precision, and confidence. In this role, you will help build and sustain the Data Dictionary Capability, a platform that defines how mission data is structured, validated, and shared across critical systems. Your work will strengthen interoperability, improve data quality, and help ensure teams across the mission can rely on consistent, trusted data.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role gives you the chance to work on a platform that sits at the foundation of how mission systems communicate. You will help shape the features, services, and data models that make specifications usable across programs, while working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and program teams in a fast-moving environment. The work blends backend development, user interface support, REST services, database design, and deployment activities, so you stay close to both the engineering and the mission.
At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your impact is real. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with strong momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another software role. It is a chance to help shape a mission platform other systems depend on.
