Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Could Include
• Develop agentic integrations in Python that leverage multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources in production
• Build tools and agentic workflows using frameworks such as PydanticAI, LangGraph, and DeepAgents
• Work directly with stakeholders and cyber analysts to understand workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Design and implement real-time analytics pipelines in Python using Apache Kafka for stream processing and Elasticsearch for indexing and querying
• Maintain and troubleshoot a production-grade agentic platform
Minimum Qualifications
• Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, must be active. We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas
• 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in place of a Bachelor’s degree
Required Skills
• Software development experience with strong Python proficiency
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications serving hundreds to thousands of users
• Understanding of AI development concepts, including prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and tool and function calling
• Experience developing resilient, scalable stream processing applications using modern messaging and event-streaming platforms
• Experience leveraging AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and automation
Desired Skills
• Experience with agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration
• Background in cybersecurity or understanding of security operations workflows
• Experience managing deployments in AWS Cloud with Kubernetes
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD automation
• Experience with retrieval systems such as RAG, vector databases, and semantic search
• Experience analyzing cybersecurity-related data sets such as network traffic and OS events
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
• Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations
Compensation Range: $129,000.00 - $166,000.00

The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
