Software Engineer, Java Platform Integration

Make an Impact Where It Matters Most

At Intelliforce, we build and sustain mission software that has to work as part of a much larger technical ecosystem. In this role, you will support Application Integration efforts by helping maintain, modernize, containerize, and deploy Java-based applications across evolving mission platforms.

You will work across software development and platform integration, updating Java code, building Docker containers, creating Helm charts, supporting Kubernetes deployments, and working with Terraform-based infrastructure. You will also serve as a technical resource for teammates who need help resolving development, integration, or deployment issues.

This is a strong fit for a software engineer who enjoys writing code but also wants to stay close to how that code is packaged, deployed, and operated.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out

This role gives you ownership beyond the application code itself. You will see your work through from development and refactoring into containerization, deployment, integration, and operational support.

You will help modernize existing software for stronger interoperability, package applications for containerized environments, support Kubernetes deployments, and work with infrastructure automation that helps make releases more repeatable and reliable.

At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your technical judgment matters. Because we support prime programs, our engineers stay close to meaningful mission work and the teams relying on what they build. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this is an opportunity to work across both software engineering and modern platform delivery.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
