Intelliforce engineers tackle some of the most technically challenging missions in the intelligence community. As a Reverse Engineer embedded within a CNO team, you’ll dissect complex software systems, uncover vulnerabilities, and enable operations that protect national interests. This role requires deep technical expertise, curiosity, and the ability to operate independently while supporting a collaborative mission environment.

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like

  • Reverse engineering complex networked software to understand functionality and weaknesses
  • Supporting vulnerability discovery and exploitation efforts
  • Collaborating with analysts to translate operational needs into technical solutions
  • Performing development and testing activities in support of mission objectives
  • Conducting independent analysis to pursue technical leads
  • Helping teams articulate requirements and refine mission approaches

Minimum Qualifications

Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 12 years of relevant experience
  • OR Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Four additional years of experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree

Required Skills

  • Advanced reverse engineering expertise
  • Strong software development background
  • Experience with agency tools and CNO methodologies
  • Knowledge of networking technologies
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively within a team

Desired Skills

  • Vulnerability research and exploit development experience
  • Background as an exploitation analyst or operator
  • Experience supporting offensive cyber operations
  • Development experience across multiple domains

Technology Stack

Reverse engineering tools, C/C++, Python, networking technologies, CNO toolsets, Linux environments

Compensation Range: $194,000.00 - $249,000.00 
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
