About this Role
We are seeking a dynamic DevOps & Site Reliability Software Developer to join our full-stack AI integration software development team. This role is perfect for a problem-solver passionate about learning, adapting to new technologies, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in improving our infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our cutting-edge AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance code deployment efficiency and application performance.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability.
  • Participate in rotations to support production environments.
  • Develop infrastructure-as-code and automation scripts to enhance system management.
  • Assist in capacity planning and performance optimization for AI-driven applications.
  • Document processes, create runbooks, and establish best practices for team use.
  • Engage actively in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a collaborative environment.

Key Technologies and Skills

  • Required Skills:

    • Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
    • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
    • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, JavaScript).
    • Understanding of DevOps tools and concepts (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
    • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.

  • Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
    • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
    • Basic understanding of database systems and SQL.
    • Knowledge of security best practices in software development and infrastructure.
    • Experience or interest in machine learning and AI technologies.
    • Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding initiatives demonstrating passion for technology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph 
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Compensation Range: $127,000.00 - $167,000.00 *
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
