Join Intelliforce and help modernize critical mission infrastructure. As a Systems Engineer (Cisco Network Automation) supporting CNO mission, you’ll architect, automate, and optimize network solutions that keep operational systems online and secure. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and mission-focused. You’ll work alongside engineers, analysts, and operators to turn complex network challenges into automated, resilient solutions—and see your work directly supporting active operations.

Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours per week | Day shift
Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
Design and implement automated solutions for Cisco Catalyst Center, ISE, and SD-WAN environments
Build automation workflows and policies for network provisioning, configuration, and security enforcement
Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale automation processes to improve resiliency
Develop visibility and alerting systems to proactively identify performance or configuration issues
Use metrics and analytics to monitor network health, diagnose root causes, and improve uptime
Collaborate with system administrators, developers, and mission operators to enhance infrastructure reliability
Communicate regularly with customers and leadership on progress, findings, and performance results
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required).
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and twelve (12) years of related systems engineering experience
OR sixteen (16) years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Strong expertise with Cisco technologies, including Catalyst Center, ISE, Cisco SD-WAN, and enterprise routing/switching
Proficiency in network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or similar)
In-depth understanding of enterprise network protocols and software-defined networking
Experience with version control systems (Git preferred)
Comfortable operating in a Linux environment
Proven ability to automate manual network processes
Cisco certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or DevNet Professional
Experience deploying open-source tools in mission environments
Familiarity with containerization platforms (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
Prior experience supporting dataflow or mission infrastructure systems
