Key Responsibilities: 

  • System Support: Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, ensuring peak performance across all devices and platforms. 

  • Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day IT operations, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to quickly resolve issues. 

  • User Assistance: Help users effectively access and utilize IT systems, delivering expert guidance for a seamless experience. 

  • System Management: Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, enhancing reliability and performance. 

  • Communication and Escalation: Manage escalation processes, keeping agency management and internal customers informed. 

  • Optimization and Planning: Optimize system operations, perform capacity analysis, and ensure IT systems are scalable and efficient. 

Key Technologies and Skills: 

  • Proficient in managing IT systems, including client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices. 

  • Strong experience with UNIX and Windows operating systems. 

  • Expertise in Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, with a focus on swift problem resolution. 

  • Solid skills in system optimization and capacity planning. 

  • Excellent communication for effective status updates and escalation management. 

Qualifications:  

  • Experienced Level: 5 years of SA experience in similar programs and contracts, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or 10 years of experience without a degree). 

  • Senior Level: 10 years of SA experience in similar programs and contracts, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or 15 years of experience without a degree). Expertise in troubleshooting IT systems, managing UNIX/Windows OS, and enhancing system reliability and performance. Provide detailed analysis and feedback on escalated tickets to management and internal customers. 
  • Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Compensation Range: $99,000.00 - $170,000.00
