Make an Impact Where It Matters Most:
At Intelliforce, we believe impactful engineering starts with a mission. As a Systems Engineer supporting our GATEKEEPER product, you’ll play a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and production-ready systems to DoD customers. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work across development, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to ensure our Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions are reliable, performant, and mission-aligned. If you're someone who thrives at the intersection of systems thinking, security compliance, and DevOps practices—this is your chance to make a real difference.
Here’s what your day-to-day might include:

Assisting with system configuration, integration, and performance optimization across Windows and Linux environments.
Ensuring system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards.
Maintaining and creating technical documentation, including configuration wikis, XML/HTML documentation, and internal blogs.
Implementing and maintaining system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure performance, reliability, and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including developers, testers, and product owners—to align system behavior with technical and business requirements.
Supporting GATEKEEPER installations and configuration management across classified customer environments.
Participating in planning and stand-ups to ensure alignment on system readiness and performance goals.
Experience supporting systems engineering tasks across the SDLC, particularly in collaboration with QA and development teams.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems; experience with Linux is highly desired.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and proactive support frameworks.
Strong understanding of ICAM principles and integration strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (e.g., wikis, XML, HTML).
Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and independently when needed.
Nice to Have:
AWS Foundational Level Certification or demonstrated experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure.
Experience working in DoD or Intelligence Community environments with exposure to secure systems and classified networks.
