Here’s what your day-to-day might include:

  • Supporting the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating closely with developers and QA to validate, test, and tune systems for production deployment.

  • Assisting with system configuration, integration, and performance optimization across Windows and Linux environments.

  • Ensuring system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards.

  • Maintaining and creating technical documentation, including configuration wikis, XML/HTML documentation, and internal blogs.

  • Implementing and maintaining system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure performance, reliability, and proactive issue resolution.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including developers, testers, and product owners—to align system behavior with technical and business requirements.

  • Supporting GATEKEEPER installations and configuration management across classified customer environments.

  • Participating in planning and stand-ups to ensure alignment on system readiness and performance goals.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Experience supporting systems engineering tasks across the SDLC, particularly in collaboration with QA and development teams.

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems; experience with Linux is highly desired.

  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and proactive support frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of ICAM principles and integration strategies.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (e.g., wikis, XML, HTML).

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and independently when needed.

Nice to Have:

  • AWS Foundational Level Certification or demonstrated experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure.

  • Experience working in DoD or Intelligence Community environments with exposure to secure systems and classified networks.


Compensation Range: $137,000.00 - $181,000.00
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
