Schedule: Full-time onsite in a secure environment
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required); in-scope poly within 7 years
Developing machine learning models to extract insights from large, complex datasets
Cleaning, transforming, and preparing raw data for analysis
Performing statistical analysis to support data-driven decisions
Building scripts and tools to automate analytics workflows
Querying and managing structured and unstructured databases
Creating visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings clearly
Collaborating with engineers and analysts to operationalize models
Presenting results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, operations research, or similar)
Five (5) years of experience analyzing datasets and developing analytics
Five (5) years of programming experience using data analysis tools such as Python or R
Additional four (4) years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
PhD in a quantitative discipline may substitute for four (4) years of experience
Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and algorithm implementation
Solid foundation in statistics and probability, including regression and hypothesis testing
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Scikit-Learn
Ability to clean, transform, and structure complex datasets (data wrangling)
Experience with SQL and database systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
Ability to build predictive models and evaluate performance metrics
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with large-scale data environments or distributed analytics
Familiarity with cloud-based data processing platforms
Experience communicating technical results to non-technical audiences
Background supporting intelligence or national security missions
