Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group

Systems Engineer (Prime)

Annapolis Junction, MD - Full Time

Watch Desk Lead

Why You Want This Role

Step into a leadership role at the center of 24x7 mission operations. This team supports a Watch Desk responsible for monitoring and sustaining operational systems that serve the warfighter and other mission users across Government and Contractor-approved facilities worldwide. You will help keep critical systems healthy, responsive, and mission-ready in an environment where speed, ownership, and steady execution matter every day. You will help sustain and evolve a high-performance operational IT environment supporting CNO capabilities. This is not a ticket-only administrator role. You will work hands-on with advanced compute infrastructure, improve how engineers work day to day, and build the documentation and repeatable processes that keep mission systems moving.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out

This role gives you real ownership over systems, workflows, and user experience. You will support advanced compute platforms, help modernize infrastructure, partner directly with onsite administrators and engineering teams, and improve how support happens across the environment. The work is practical, visible, and tied to mission outcomes, with a mix of hardware sustainment, Linux administration, virtualization, documentation, and long-term modernization.

At Intelliforce, your work is seen and your contribution matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong technical ownership gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another system administration role. It is a chance to help shape modern mission infrastructure while making tomorrow’s work easier than today’s.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
