Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture and Design: Collaborate with ICAM teams to define requirements, develop architecture, and design documentation in alignment with Zero Trust principles.
  • Technical Support: Provide hands-on support for configuration management, installation troubleshooting, and cloud technology integration.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive ICAM documentation, including release notes, installation guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans.
  • Risk Mitigation: Conduct technology assessments and support risk mitigation strategies to ensure robust and secure solutions.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with software developers, test engineers, and system administrators to meet program requirements. Facilitate meetings and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Cloud Security: Research and analyze cloud security environments, assist with Risk Management Framework and DoD accreditation packages, and identify capability enhancements for ICAM services.

Key Technologies and Skills:

  • Core Technologies: REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Docker, AWS, Nifi, Single Sign-On (OAuth, SAML).
  • Development Tools: Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and agile software development methodologies.
  • Security Standards: Familiarity with EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO, and CUI Standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated engineering experience in requirements analysis, system architecture, and CONOPS development. Experience with cloud technologies, risk management, and DoD accreditation processes is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong problem-solving skills in system integration, hands-on experience with the listed core technologies, and the ability to support software development and system administration teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to brief senior management and facilitate technical meetings.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervision, and a strong customer focus.
  • Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Compensation Range: $205,000.00 - $270,000.00
