Analyzing user needs, CONOPS, and system architectures to define and refine system requirements
Leading system design and development efforts to ensure alignment with mission and technical goals
Collaborating with stakeholders to shape and document requirements, assess feasibility, and guide implementation
Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture and design artifacts
Preparing and reviewing systems engineering management plans and integration test strategies
Providing leadership on integrating new designs and technologies into existing operational environments
Acting as the primary Systems Engineering technical point of contact for program staff and government stakeholders
Ensuring technical integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all engineering deliverables
Supporting strategic decision-making by communicating effectively with government and program leadership
Experience: Minimum of 14 years in Systems Engineering roles supporting similar scope, type, and complexity
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, Information Systems, or a related field
An additional 5 years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
Clearance: TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (Active and Current)
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Deep understanding of the Systems Engineering lifecycle, from requirements analysis to system deployment
Proven ability to develop and maintain system architecture and design documentation
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills across cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to analyze complex challenges and translate them into actionable engineering strategies
Experience supporting PRIME contracts within the Intelligence Community
Exposure to Agile or DevOps environments
Familiarity with systems integration in enterprise or mission-critical settings
Master’s degree in a related technical field
Experience with engineering collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
