As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the EWH Discovery Analytic Team (DAT), you will design, develop, and maintain mission-critical applications supporting CNO operators and analysts. You will deliver high-quality software, intuitive user experiences, and automation solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours per week | Day shift
Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
Gather and refine requirements to enhance existing corporate tools
Collaborate with analysts and developers to automate workflows and improve efficiency
Design and implement reliable, user-friendly interfaces and dashboards
Develop and maintain Python and Java backend services supporting data workflows
Build and enhance front-end components using Angular or React
Integrate systems across diverse technology stacks and mission environments
Create solutions for data visualization, workflow automation, and reporting
Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen only
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and twelve (12) years of software engineering experience
OR sixteen (16) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience developing with Java and Python
Experience building front-end applications with Angular or React
Familiarity with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite)
Experience with Docker containerization
Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work collaboratively in small, cross-functional teams supporting mission operations
Prior experience supporting CNO missions
Knowledge of network protocols and cyber data sets (network traffic, OS events)
Understanding of 508 compliance in UI development
Familiarity with SIGINT collection and analysis systems
Experience designing secure, scalable applications in mission environments
