Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Execution and Data Collection: Execute testing and data collection according to established plans, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in every step.
  • Documentation: Produce detailed Test Plans, Procedures, Reports, and Data Management Plans. Ensure all documentation meets high standards and effectively communicates test results and findings.
  • Agile Development: Work closely with Agile development teams, integrating testing processes seamlessly into the software development lifecycle.
  • System Analysis: Analyze system requirements, concept of operations documents, and acquisition plans to develop comprehensive evaluation and test plans.
  • Government Support: Support the development of government test and evaluation documentation, including T&E Strategies, Master Plans, Event Test Plans, Readiness Assessments, and Reports.
  • Program Integration: Collaborate with other test organizations to support the integration of T&E programs, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive evaluation efforts.

Key Technologies and Skills:

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for managing and documenting Agile workflows.
  • Proficiency in generating technical documentation, including Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports.
  • Strong analytical skills for system requirement analysis and test plan development.
  • Knowledge of test and evaluation processes in a government or defense context.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8 years of experience as a Test Engineer (TE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Proven track record in executing testing and data collection, generating technical documentation, and working in an Agile software development environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, along with experience in developing and managing test and evaluation documentation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. An additional 4 years of TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
