Join Intelliforce and raise the quality bar for mission software. You will turn system requirements into clear test plans, automate smart checks, and lead clean test events. Your work will protect reliability, performance, and user trust across ICAM and Zero Trust aligned systems.
Analyze system requirements and build evaluation and test plans and procedures
Prepare for and run data collection, then analyze results and report status
Execute functional, regression, integration, validation, and compliance testing
Document software defects, verify fixes, and maintain accurate traceability
Automate test procedures and improve coverage using modern tools
Create test strategies, plans, procedures, and traceability matrices
Evaluate web GUIs and API endpoints against defined requirements
Support Agile ceremonies and keep tickets current in Jira
Publish clear technical documentation and updates in Confluence
Lead the test team, assign work, set priorities, monitor progress, and coach the team
Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, must be active, we do not have the ability to sponsor clearances
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen, we can not sponsor visa
Experience and Education:
8 or more years of Software Engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience accepted in lieu of a degree for a total of 12 years
3 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains
Test scenario and case design that covers all functions and requirements
Quality control of test artifacts, cases, scripts, and data
Consolidation and analysis of findings into clear test reports
Hands-on test automation using modern frameworks and tools
Collaboration with software teams to align tests with design and implementation
Support for Agile software development processes
Evaluation of software effectiveness, quality, and performance
Defect identification, troubleshooting, and documentation
Creation of test strategies, plans, traceability matrices, procedures, and reports
Web GUI and API endpoint validation
Preparation and presentation of results during Test Readiness Reviews before each deployment
Proficiency with Confluence and Jira
Leadership of multi-discipline test teams in secure environments
Experience hardening automation for CI pipelines and repeatable test events
Strong written and verbal communication, architecture and design concepts explained with clarity
Time management and organization that supports parallel efforts and tight deadlines
Comfort in a collaborative setting with minimal supervision
