About the Role:
At Intelliforce, we’re at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges in defense and technology. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Systems Engineer to join our team on our new and exciting PRIME effort. In this role, you’ll analyze user requirements, lead design and development activities, and guide the integration of cutting-edge technology into critical systems. You’ll be the technical leader, ensuring the integrity and success of our systems engineering efforts, while collaborating with government personnel, program teams, and senior executives to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and Design: Develop system requirements by analyzing user needs and high-level architectures. Lead design and development to meet these requirements.
Documentation and Planning: Create technical documentation, including system architecture and design plans. Lead development and implementation planning through engineering and integration plans.
Collaboration and Communication: Work with government personnel to address technical issues and maintain the integrity of all systems engineering deliverables.
Integration and Testing: Participate in IPTs to design new capabilities, manage system requirements for compatibility with architectures like DoDAF and SOA, and ensure compliance through defined verification methods.
Key Technologies and Skills:
Expertise in developing and managing system requirements.
Proficiency in creating System Engineering Plans and Interface Control Documents.
Experience in cross-discipline coordination to resolve design and test review action items.
Knowledge of DoDAF, SOA, and related frameworks.
Strong familiarity with Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with Information Assurance Services and Security Mechanisms, including cryptography and access control.
Qualifications:
Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 5 years of SE experience).
Experienced Level: 7 years of SE experience, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant technologies and skills (or 5 years of additional experience without a degree).
Senior Level: 14 years of SE experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or 5 years of additional experience without a degree). Lead requirements formulation, advise on alternatives, ensure seamless technology integration, and plan early verification of new designs for compliance.
