Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Could Include

  • Write Java Spring Boot microservice applications using AWS native technologies
  • Use Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, EC2, and S3
  • Build REST services with Spring that can filter and select complex data objects
  • Implement CI/CD principles using Maven, GitLab, and GitOps
  • Support Agile development and delivery of software
  • Collaborate with engineers, teammates, and stakeholders to deliver reliable mission software

Minimum Qualifications

  • Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, must be active. We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas
  • 9 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 7 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree
  • Experience working with AWS tool suite such as OSS, DynamoDB, Lambda, and CloudWatch

Required Skills

  • Experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
  • Java, Spring Boot, or Python
  • Microservice architectures
  • CI/CD tools including AWS tools, Maven, GitLab, GitOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible
  • Database experience with NoSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB, including query and schema design
  • OAuth or OIDC implementation experience
  • Test frameworks and automation including Cypress and Cucumber

Desired Skills

  • Experience modernizing legacy systems into microservices-based platforms
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native development and service integration
  • Experience building secure, scalable REST services for complex data environments
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile teams and communicate clearly across technical stakeholders

Compensation Range: $169,000.00 - $218,000.00 
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
