Full Stack Software Engineer (CNO)- Fully Cleared

This role directly supports the RECON team within CNO, working side by side with mission partners to design and deliver solutions used in real operations. You’ll be part of Intelliforce’s core full-stack engineering capability, known for rapid delivery, close customer collaboration, and solving complex problems in fast-moving environments.

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include
You’ll integrate with and contribute to a wide range of teams, systems, and technology stacks. You’ll gather requirements directly from users and improve existing corporate tools to better support mission workflows. You’ll take time to understand the customer’s mission, collaborate with teammates, and quickly turn needs into working solutions. You’ll design and build reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows, and you’ll independently drive feature development from concept through deployment, owning the full development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required).
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required. Four additional years of relevant software engineering experience may be substituted for the degree. A minimum of eight years of software engineering experience supporting complex systems in mission-focused environments is required.
Required Skills
Experience developing across the full stack, including UI, middleware or APIs, backend services, and DevOps. Experience with at least one modern UI framework such as React, Vue, or Angular. Experience writing scripts and services in Python. RESTful web application development using both Spring Boot and Python-based frameworks. Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres or SQLite. Experience using GitLab for source control and CI/CD pipelines.
Desired Skills
Prior experience supporting CNO missions. Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in customer-facing environments.
Technology Stack
This role works across a modern, mission-driven stack that includes Java with Spring Boot, Python services and scripting, JavaScript UI frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, RESTful APIs, relational databases including Postgres and SQLite, Git-based source control, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling used to deploy and sustain mission-critical applications.
Compensation Range: $138,000.00 - $182,000.00
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
