Front End Software Engineer
Software Engineer, AI-Assisted CNO Development
Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
At Intelliforce, we build mission technology that helps operators move faster and make better decisions in complex environments. In this role, you will support CNO development across multiple teams by designing, developing, and integrating tools that improve how mission software gets built and used. You will work closely with stakeholders and engineers to create AI and ML-assisted workflows that solve real reverse engineering and development challenges in the field.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role gives you the chance to shape how CNO developers work across the mission. You will lead projects from concept through deployment, build AI-assisted workflows, and help teams turn difficult operational problems into practical technical solutions. The work blends software engineering, stakeholder engagement, workflow design, and applied AI, so you stay close to both the mission and the engineers doing the work.
At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your ideas matter. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another software role. It is a chance to improve how mission tools are built, tested, and delivered across the CNO space.
