Job Title: Systems Engineer, Enterprise Architecture & Integration

You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with engineers, program leadership, and stakeholders to ensure technical architectures stay resilient, scalable, and aligned with mission goals. This is hands-on, high-visibility work where your contributions move programs forward and keep critical systems operating with confidence.

Location: R&E
Schedule: Full-time, day shift
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include
Contributing to the architectural design and integration of complex, enterprise-scale systems
Developing and maintaining system documentation including specifications, design artifacts, and test plans
Tracking technical tasks, milestones, and dependencies to keep engineering efforts aligned and on schedule
Supporting strategic initiatives tied to infrastructure modernization and automation
Serving as a technical liaison between engineering teams and program management
Collaborating with stakeholders to translate mission needs into actionable technical outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 3 years of systems engineering experience
Four additional years of relevant systems engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
Required Skills
Practical experience applying systems engineering principles across the full system development lifecycle
Experience contributing to system or IT architecture design efforts
Knowledge of network profiling, fingerprinting, and security fundamentals
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage technical priorities and milestones
Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Desired Skills
Prior leadership or technical lead experience
Experience with web hosting or monitoring solutions
Familiarity with serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda
Exposure to containerization technologies including Docker
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
Relevant professional certifications
Technology Stack
This role operates across enterprise system architectures and infrastructure platforms, including networked IT environments, security-focused system designs, infrastructure automation tools, web hosting and monitoring solutions, serverless and container-based technologies, and collaborative engineering and documentation tools used throughout the system lifecycle.
Compensation Range: $107,000.00 - $142,000.00

The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
