You will support mission systems tied directly to national security outcomes. This role strengthens Intelliforce core software engineering capabilities across data, integration, and modernization efforts. You will join teams trusted to deliver resilient, scalable solutions in classified environments. Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software supporting the Data Dictionary capability
  • Enhance Java and Spring based user interfaces used to define data attributes and valid values
  • Maintain and improve backend services and REST APIs for programmatic data access
  • Support database design and integration using Postgres and SQL
  • Deploy and sustain applications in Linux and containerized environments
  • Work with Docker and Kubernetes based platforms
  • Participate in deployment pipelines and task tracking workflows
  • Document system design, updates, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership in a fast paced mission environment

Minimum Qualifications

Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.

  • 8+ years of Software Engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline
  • An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years
  • 3 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains

Required Skills

  • Java and Spring development
  • RESTful web services using JSON and XML
  • Postgres or other SQL based databases
  • Linux development and operations
  • Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • CI and CD deployment pipelines
  • Task tracking tools such as JIRA or Redmine
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills

  • User interface design and testing experience
  • Experience supporting mission systems in classified environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation Range: $179,000.00 - $236,000.00 
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
