You’ll be part of Intelliforce’s core automation and mission engineering capability, trusted for rapid execution, independent ownership, and close collaboration with mission stakeholders in fast-moving environments.

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include
You’ll work independently while integrating across multiple teams, systems, and technology stacks. You’ll engage directly with mission stakeholders to gather requirements and rapidly translate them into deployable automation solutions. You’ll design and implement robust automation for project tracking, issue management, documentation, and configuration management. You’ll build and customize workflows that automate internal processes end to end, reducing manual effort and improving reliability. You’ll own features from concept through deployment, continuously iterating based on mission feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required).
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required. Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree. A minimum of twelve years of experience developing software or automation solutions supporting complex, mission-focused environments is required.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and building automation and integration tools. Deep experience creating and managing custom workflows within the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira and Confluence. Proven ability to identify manual or inefficient processes and fully automate them through software solutions. Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and drive projects from concept to completion. Strong communication skills for direct collaboration with mission partners and technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills
Prior experience supporting CNO missions. Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems. Familiarity with adjacent technical domains such as dataflow, data science, or mission analytics.
Technology Stack
This role leverages a mission automation stack centered on Python scripting and services, Atlassian Jira and Confluence workflow customization, REST-based integrations, configuration and process automation tooling, and supporting data manipulation and analytics technologies commonly used in CNO environments.
Compensation Range: $199,000.00 - $262,000.00
