Senior Software Developer
Full Stack Software Engineer, RECON Mission Systems
Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
At Intelliforce, we build technical solutions that close operational gaps fast. In this role, you will support the RECON team within CNO by designing and delivering mission-critical systems with immediate impact. You will work across multiple product teams and technology stacks to improve infrastructure cognizance, build end-to-end prototypes, and turn fast-moving mission needs into deployable solutions. This is a strong fit for an engineer who likes full stack work, direct customer interaction, and software that gets used right away.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role gives you broad ownership and a direct line to the mission. You will work with mission stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate quickly, and deliver solutions that improve visibility, automation, and workflow efficiency. The work spans UI design, backend services, scripting, and systems integration, so you are not boxed into one lane. You will build tools that help teams understand more, move faster, and solve problems in real time.
At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your input matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another full stack role. It is a chance to build solutions that matter in real operational environments.
