Full Stack Software Engineer, RECON Mission Systems

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Could Include

Understand customer mission needs and quickly turn requirements into practical software solutions
Drive feature development from concept through deployment and sustainment
Build end-to-end prototypes that improve infrastructure cognizance
Integrate across multiple teams, systems, and technology stacks
Design reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows
Develop solutions for data visualization, task automation, and workflow enhancement
Work directly with mission stakeholders to refine requirements and rapidly iterate toward deployable outcomes
Provide scripting support and contribute to both existing and new mission systems

Minimum Qualifications

Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, must be active. We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas
12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in place of a Bachelor’s degree

Required Skills

Technology flexibility, with experience developing across the stack including UI and UX, middleware and APIs, backend services, and DevOps
Experience developing with at least one UI framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
Experience writing scripts and services in Python
RESTful web application experience using both Spring Boot and Python
Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres or SQLite
Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD

Desired Skills

Prior CNO experience
Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Range: $203,000.00 - $260,000.00

The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
