Watch Desk Systems Analyst - Texas

Make an Impact Where It Matters Most

At Intelliforce, we support mission systems that have to stay available, responsive, and understood around the clock. In this role, you will help support Watch Desk operations supporting complex production environments where system health, data movement, and rapid incident response directly affect mission execution.

You will work at the center of operations, monitoring systems and applications, identifying abnormal behavior, coordinating troubleshooting, and making sure the right teams are engaged when issues escalate. This is a strong fit for someone who stays calm under pressure, understands how systems behave, and knows how to turn technical information into clear operational decisions.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out

This role gives you broad visibility across the mission environment. You will work with operating systems, applications, data flows, networks, dashboards, alerts, logs, and performance metrics while coordinating with Tier 2, Tier 3, management, and other support teams.

You are not simply watching dashboards. You are helping determine what matters, what needs immediate action, and who needs to be involved. You will also help strengthen Watch Desk operations through better SOPs, documentation, reporting, and shift handoffs.

At Intelliforce, your work is visible and your judgment matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work and the people relying on these systems. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong performance gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this is an opportunity to take real ownership of operational mission support.

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Could Include

Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
