Senior Application Developer
Application Developer, CNO Mission Engineering
Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
At Intelliforce, we build mission-driven capabilities that help operators move faster and make better decisions in high-stakes environments. In this role, you will act as an embedded developer and general-purpose CNO software engineer, designing, prototyping, modifying, and integrating solutions for emerging mission needs. You will work closely with analysts, operators, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver tactical support where speed, flexibility, and technical depth matter every day.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role is built for an engineer who likes hard problems, fast pivots, and meaningful technical ownership. You will augment existing toolsets, build prototypes to validate mission requirements, and develop end solutions that perform within real mission constraints. The work spans reverse engineering, software development, fielded support, and direct collaboration with customer leadership, so your impact is both technical and visible.
At Intelliforce, your work is seen and your judgment matters. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay close to meaningful mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, leadership is accessible, communication is direct, and strong engineering gets noticed. Add in long-term stability, strong benefits, and a people-first culture, and this becomes more than another development role. It is a chance to build mission capabilities that matter now, not someday.
