Technical Lead Secure API Engineering

Make an Impact Where It Matters Most
Join a team building a platform-agnostic API that helps secure, store, and retrieve data across commercial database technologies. This mission-critical capability wraps COTS software in a way that makes it secure, scalable, compliant, and easier to integrate across multiple systems. Built around SaaS principles, the platform is designed for reuse, growth, and real enterprise impact. This is a strong fit for someone who likes solving hard problems, leading technical work, and staying close to both the build and the mission.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out
This role gives you real visibility, real ownership, and real range. You will lead technical work across engineering delivery, production support, and platform improvement, with the chance to shape how the system performs day to day and over time. One day might center on microservices or NiFi dataflows. Another might focus on troubleshooting production issues, scaling throughput, or improving performance and observability. The work sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and mission support, which keeps it technical, varied, and closely tied to outcomes that matter.

At Intelliforce, your work is visible and leadership stays close to the action. Because we support prime programs, our teams are connected to high-priority mission work with real momentum. Because we are a small business, your voice carries, your contributions get noticed, and decisions move faster. Add in strong benefits, long-term contract stability, a people-first culture, and a fast interview process, and this becomes more than another opening. It is a real career move tied to meaningful outcomes.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
