Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include
  • Designing, developing, and deploying RAG solutions in HPC Linux environments
  • Building and optimizing software using Python and Golang
  • Integrating LLMs and embedding models with containerized infrastructure using Docker, Podman, or containerd
  • Orchestrating deployments with Kubernetes or Docker Compose
  • Supporting CI/CD pipelines via GitLab CI and ensuring reliability through Prometheus and Grafana
  • Collaborating with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to implement secure, scalable systems
  • Debugging and resolving performance or integration issues in production environments
  • Maintaining version control and collaboration with Git
  • Authoring and reviewing technical documentation for new and existing features
  • Contributing to architectural decisions and process improvement strategies
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have a Top Secret clearance with FS Polygraph
To be considered, candidates must meet one of the following:
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related discipline) + 5 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related discipline) + 7 years of experience
  • 9 years of relevant software engineering experience without a degree
Required Technical Skills:
  • Linux system administration, CLI, and shell scripting
  • Python and Golang development
  • Docker, Podman, or containerd containerization
  • Kubernetes or Docker Compose orchestration
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines and LLM models
  • Git and GitLab CI for source control and automation
  • Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with GPU-enabled application development and debugging
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools like OpenAPI or LangChain
  • Knowledge of distributed processing tools such as Spark, Dask, or Ray
  • Experience with SQL, Elasticsearch, and vector databases
  • Exposure to front-end tech like HTMX or Hyperscript
  • Understanding of multi-node, multi-GPU training workflows
  • Familiarity with inferencing frameworks like Nvidia NIM, TRITON, or vLLM
  • Proficiency using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for team collaboration

Compensation Range: $215,000.00 - $237,000.00
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
