About this Role

As a Full-Stack Application Developer – Mission Enabler, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering custom applications that provide data visualization, workflow automation, and mission awareness. This role involves collaborating directly with mission customers, eliciting requirements, and building tools that address gaps and improve operational efficiency. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with other development teams while contributing your expertise to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scripts and analytics to provide novel insights and solve complex mission challenges.
  • Aggregate data from disparate sources and integrate it into new and existing tools for enhanced functionality.
  • Design and build intuitive user interfaces and visualizations to improve customer toolsets and address mission gaps.
  • Elicit requirements and gather feedback directly from end-users and stakeholders to refine solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to share expertise, leverage experience, and deliver cohesive mission-enabling solutions.

Key Technologies and Skills

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Python development.
  • Experience building web applications using JavaScript and React.
  • Ability to query and manipulate data from corporate repositories.
  • Experience developing on Linux-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and daily development workflows.
  • Strong desire to work directly with mission customers, solve hard problems, and thrive in collaborative environments.

Nice to Haves

  • Basic understanding of network device configurations.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Experience deploying services using Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
  • Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Substitution: Four additional years of software development experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph 
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
Compensation Range: $190,000.00 - $262,000.00 *
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
